Developments

Follow-ups to already-published stories. A development is an update only when it resolves or extends a question the original story left open — once a story has no open threads it becomes archive, and anything later is new news, not an update. This list is separate from the story review queue.

Roundups

Assemble weekly, monthly, quarterly, or yearly roundups of already-approved stories. Editions stay as drafts until you publish them from October.

Promote Payment Radar

Radar promo video

A beat-synced montage of published stories: English social covers and the same stories on napapay.ai in Français, Español, Deutsch, Русский and 简体中文. Cuts follow the music — slower in quiet passages, every half-beat in the loudest — and every cut shows a different picture.

Viral video from a story

Kobra plans a fresh 15-second sign-up Reel from one story on node-ai's own model: a new hook, scenes, colours and music every time, every number checked against the story, and a closing screen asking people to subscribe and follow. 9:16 for Reels and Stories, 4:5 for Threads, X, LinkedIn and Facebook; the post text links the Radar article, the source and the companies. NapaPay versions are ready in about two minutes, the Payment Radar copies follow; nothing posts until you press Publish.

1 · Music and length

Upload new music in Audio Studio; it appears here. The video ends on a beat with the Follow card.

2 · Destinations

3 · Caption

X is trimmed to 280 characters on a word; a Story carries no caption.

Promote a roundup

Roundup video

Any published weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly roundup as a 60-second video for each network: the editor's intro, all the stories, the top three opened up, then where to read and subscribe in six languages — with a follow line for that network. Nothing posts until you press Publish.

1 · Roundup and music

Upload new music in Audio Studio; it appears here. Story changes land on the beat.

Article layout

Which side of an article the panel sits on: Why it matters, What businesses should review, Follow the story, Related reading, Keep reading. Applies to every article, current and future, on the next page load. Phones always show one column.

Open this tab to read the live setting.

Preview either side without changing anything: napapay.ai/payment-radar-preview/<article>?layout=left

Coming next

  • Reader stats: views, visitors, referrers and top articles from Umami.
  • Click tracking: Previous / Next, Follow the story and Related reading clicks (already being labelled on the new article page).
  • Left vs right split test, measured by those clicks and read depth.
  • Steward findings: taxonomy gaps, duplicate or stale stories, reader questions, drafted for review only.

Payment Radar digest

Mailing list

Everyone who receives a Radar digest, and a box to add addresses by hand — exhibition badges, business cards, referrals.

This is not the CRM. These are mailing contacts only. The same person can be a partner contact in Odoo and a Radar subscriber — separate records, on purpose. Adding an address here never creates or edits a partner, a lead, or a tag.

Add addresses

Paste as many as you like — one per line, separated by commas, or straight out of a mail client as Name <a@b.com>. Repeats are never duplicated; a known address is simply re-subscribed to whatever you tick.

Messages from readers

Private “Message us” enquiries. Every one carries a verified-format email and syncs automatically to the Radar Inquiry team in Odoo, within a minute of arriving. Reply from Odoo, not from Studio.

This tab is a notification surface only. Dismissing a message clears it from here and never touches the Odoo opportunity — that record is permanent.

Central-bank rate decisions

A dedicated bot follows each rate-setting institution's own monetary-policy releases, reads the release itself, and publishes the decision to Payment Radar. Every value here comes from the bank's page.

Banner coverage

A decision is held rather than published when its institution has no approved banner, so nothing ships without its image.

Decisions

Not published, and why

Releases the bot examined and declined. Worth scanning: a sudden run of rejections usually means a publisher changed its page, not a quiet month.
